The Mozart is a pleasant hotel - and the staff are great. It is clean and very central to transportation in and out of central Milan. The deluxe room was very small and noisy.

The staff here were amazing! The service was perfect I have to say. Breakfast was very good. Our room was brilliant. Everything was worth the price.

In the room I was in, the top shower head was covered in limescale so obviously not cleaned, barely letting out any water, therefore needing me to do it myslef whilst there. The shower would drip and leak water when using the other shower head. The bed was the worst part, the mattress was uneven making it very hard to sleep; I slept terribly. The mini bar had options but had no non sugar options other than water. A dissapointing stay a this '4 star hotel'.

On my 3rd and 4th night at the hotel I changed rooms and floors, being placed in 506. In the room I was in, the top shower head was covered in limescale, barely letting out any water, not to mention it would drip water when using the other shower head. Overall a very bad place for a 4 star hotel, I will not be staying here again.

Horrible experience with staff. They didn’t want to return my clothes I had left in the bathroom before checking out. Completely untrustworthy and do not recommend this place because of their lack of honesty. A shame, I left Milan with a huge disappointment.

Nice place and we enjoyed having the separate areas. We specifically picked because it said it has AC. Technically, sure, but you'd never know it, even standing an inch away. The front desk provided us with fans, but don't plan on AC.

Nice local hotel. Good location as it’s quiet and close to a metro with a few nice restaurants close by. Small rooms but nice, friendly and helpful, desk staff. Some conditioner in the rooms would be nice. And healthier options for breakfast.

It was a very good deal price x location and transportation access. I’d recommend it. Everyone was really nice. The breakfast wasn’t the best in town but was good enough to start your day.

Great stay, will definitely return!
The hotel was in a great location, beside the Metro and within walking distance to Sempione Park. Lovely little restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. The bar area was nice to sit and relax in. The barman was also very helpful, providing me with ice for an injured leg!

We paid almost £1000 for 4 nights in a standard room which is a lot of money. The room we were allocated was dark with very low lighting, a hard lumpy bed and a bathroom with tarnished fixtures and shower over a bath that had ground in dirty streaks…and exceptionally small with no allocated space for a suitcase. After complaining we did get an upgrade that was a bit better but the room was still very small with no allocated space for suitcase in this room either. It too was dark with very low lighting and the shower was thee tiniest shower I have ever been in. Every time I moved I was hitting the lever and turning the shower off….and I am only a size 12. The staff were not friendly and I would never stay and this hotel again. It’s doubtful I’ll be using Expedia either as I didn’t find them particularly helpful in this matter.

The hotel indicating 4 stars is very deceiving. The location is great next to Chinatown and next to Gerusalamme station. The price is reasonable and overall the place is clean. However, the inside is very outdated. I told the front desk that my room smelled like someone smoked in it. Instead of just listening, I was argued with saying its not possible and my experience invalidated. However, it is very possible since the window opens. They do not provide water. I asked for water in the lobby and the front desk told me to get it next door. I asked for an iron and they had me bring the iron and ironing board by myself.

This property was great the room was clean and good a bit outdated but still clean. It was close to the metro so you can easily get around the city, however not many restaurants around it to go eat out, but there is many supermarkets so you can make something in your room. Staff was great and very professional and the breakfast was really good. Overall it’s a great hotel if your planning on staying in Milan and not wanting to pay a ridiculous price.
