Rooms
The hotel's 92 rooms, Classic and Superior, Junior Suites and Suites, have high ceilings and are part of a six-story building. The comfortable and elegantly furnished rooms are fitted out with every modern convenience: terry robes and slippers, hypoallergenic pillows with natural fibers, duvets, cocktail tables, padded chairs with writing tables, and flat-screen TVs in a revolving wall viewable from sitting areas and the bed (in Junior Suites and Suites only).
Rooms also offer ample closet space, drawers for clothes, and shelving for organization. Well-lit, red-marble bathrooms feature both tubs and walk-in showers with high-standard fixtures, heated towel racks, makeup mirrors, hair dryers, and bidets.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV with Sky channels, international direct-dial telephones, wireless Internet access (at an extra charge), safes, and minibars. Guests may choose from a pillow menu to customize their comfort.

An American buffet breakfast - Included in room rate. Served each morning in UNA Cusani Restaurant and providing options such as eggs, bacon, pastries, cereals, breads, fruit, juices, Italian coffee, and a range of toppings and pies.
UNA Cusani Restaurant - Features a dining room with large windows facing Sforza Castle. Restaurant offers à la carte lunch/dinner menu of traditional delicacies mixing with international flavours that changes with the seasons.
UNA Cusani Bar - Adjacent to foyer. Decorated with mahogany tones. Open from late morning until midnight for light snacks, mixed salads, assorted cheeses and cold meats, and beverages including espresso and cocktails. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

“great breakfast buffet and great service”
We had a huge room and hotel service was very attentive. The breakfast buffet had everything you might want to eat and an attractive setting. Bed was quite comfortable and bathroom decor was nice. The only downside was the hotel could be noisy from streetcars below and for the first 2 nights we didn't realize the maid had left the window slightly open and we were on the first floor. Other than that, we were completely satisfied. The location is very convenient to Cadorna Station, where the Malpensa express arrives and leaves from and also within a mile of the Duomo and the Brera district with a lot of nice restaurants and shops.
“Very Impressed”
I was really impressed with this Hotel when i stayed there for two nights in July. After reading many reviews of all the hotels I didn't know what to expect but at all tiems I was delighted with the service we received. The staff made our stay especially welcome giving us excellent and friendly advice on where to visit, eat and drink. Any problems we had (although none in the hotel) the staff were happy to help. The hotel location is excellent as well as it is situated right in the city centre and is within 5/10 mins walk of the Duomo. Excellent stay. Thanks to the staff ay Una Hotel Cusani
“Incredible Hotel”
Milan was the last leg on our Italian trip and from the photos on the web, we weren't expecting to much from the hotel. FIRST, the location was amazing; just a short walk anywhere in central Milan. We were flying out of Malpensa early, so we wanted to be near the Malpensa Express, and it was also a 5 minute walk. The staff at the hotel were wonderful . . . everyone cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable. The trolley rund directly in front of the hotel, so try and get a room that doesn't face the street (our room was nice & quiet). The breakfast was also remarkable . . . with the usual suspects, but also bacon, eggs, lots of variety.
“Nice place to end your vacation”
This was our fourth hotel in Italy during our vacation and by far the best we stayed in. While our room was small, it was comfortable and clean. Our friends had an upgraded room that has been remodeled. It came with a great view of Via Dante. The hotel lobby was very modern and the staff very helpful. Although our room didn't come with breakfast, there are many restaurants close by. This hotel is close to all attractions and shopping!
“Highly recommend”
We were very happy to have arrived at the hotel at 9:30 in the morning and have a room immediately available and also be invited to have breakfast. The breakfast buffest offered many items that you are sure to walk away full. We liked the wood panels in the room and found it quite even though we overlooked a street. The location is very convient. Our only compliant is that there are no wash clothes. I don't know if this is typical for all Italian hotels.

Just fabulous - location, breakfast buffet(included juicer),quiet room, large room, great staff. I felt at home, and it was close to everything that I wanted to do.

Excellent location. Beautiful hotel. Fabulous Service. Desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Very close to the Duomo and shopping, etc. Many small beautiful restaurants nearby.
“Awesome chain of hotels”
This was a great location, easy access to every thing you want to see in Milan. Love the staff, hotel modern look and the breakfast was outstanding, simply great full breakfast. Great value for the hotel, location etc....Would definitley return.
“Terrific choice for Milan”
Great location and wonderful atmosphere, decor, service, etc... Breakfast is one of the best I encountered in Europe, and it was included. Location was ideal for me: walking distance from Cadorna train station (where you get the Malpensa Express : the only sensible way to get to the airport); also walking distance from most tourist attractions; Taxis easily reached if you must, and there is a subway station very close by, as well as two "Bike Mi" stations. Only concerns: - Firm beds: did not bother me too much, but may be an issue for others. Maybe they have alternatives or mattress toppers available - I did not ask. - They changed my towels and beddings daily even though they have a green policy that allows you to opt out... I complained and the hotel manager wrote to me as follows: "I have received with pleasure your comment, as the respect for the environment is a crucial issue for us, and we would like that our impact on it is minimum. I have spoken in this regard with my staff in order to avoid the recurrence of similar events." This is enough to make me consider them again for my next visit!
