“Very nice”
Our stay was very good. The staff were very nice, pool/whirlpool was very relaxing. When we mentioned that the jets in the whirlpool was not working, they came and fixed it right away. The continental breakfast was realy good. All in all it was a very nice hote.
“Wonderful hotel!”
Great hotel. Only complaint is regarding the heating/cooling system. I HAVE to sleep with a fan, so I turned the fan setting on. It stayed on for about 10 minutes and shut off. I finally turned on the air, it stayed on for about 10 minutes as well. Other than a crappy nights sleep, the hotel was very friendly, clean, accommodating, and easy to find. We will stay here again!!!

“Good Hotel, Good Price”
Good hotel for a good price - we were only there overnight, so we didn't use all the amenities, but the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was free, and the rates were very reasonable. Handy to the Airport and to the Mall of America.
“No frills hotel, good place to stay for the night.”
We rented a car, but found it was not necessary. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the Mall of America. We also went to the Mall of America Field (formerly known as the Metrodome) for a football game and rode the rail from the station at the Mall of America, so our transportation was all provided by the hotel. Upon leaving the hotel, we found out that the hotel also picks their customers up from the airport and returns them to the airport when they depart.
“Comfortable hotel, friendly staff.”
This is at least the fifth year in a row we have stayed at this hotel, as it is the closest affordable hotel near our son's house. This year they were full, so they gave us an upgrade to a suite at noextra charge. WONDERFUL! We were delighted. The breakfast food is gourmand, of course, but we did not expect gourmet, and it is plentiful. Anyone who goes away from here hungry is not trying. The tea, coffee, cider and hot choclate are always available in the lobby, as are apples, although they were red delicious, which I never eat.

Enjoyed my stay very very much! The front desk staff & shuttle drivers were very very accommodating & friendly. I didnt need to rent a car! Just one of the great reasons to stay here. Nice pool too.
“Great Place to Stay”
We flew in for a girl shopping weekend. This hotel was very accomodating. The shuttle was wonderful. It picked us up at the airport up on arrival and dropped us off for depature. The shuttle was great for the Mall of America. There was no reason to rent a car while we were there. The rooms were very clean. Loved the queen size beds. The staff friendly and very helpful. The breakfast that was provided gave a wide variety of choices. This hotel was perfect for us and when we plan our next weekend, we will be booking our room here.
“AWESOME STAY”
We drove in for a concert, at the zoo. We found the hotel very easy one of us came from Iowa, another from St. Cloud. Directions were perfect. The hotel is close to the highway, plenty of great restaurants & bars within walking distance. The room was accesible, & comfortable. The breakfast was to die for. Almost everything you could want. Upon leaving the next morning I needed directions to another community the desk personnel gladly printed me out map quest directions, I will stay here again!! Thank-You, Pat green fans who went back stage, & had a GREAT time!!!
“Would go back again!”
This hotel is in a nice location - just on the edge of the twin cities, yet just a few minutes from the Mall of America and the Burnsville shopping area. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, clean rooms, and a good breakfast in the morning. Free use of computers with internet in the lobby is a bonus.
