"Everything was great right on the beach. It was a last minute decision to go and it was worth it. The beds are a little firm but still ok. "We had booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. The room was small, dark and depressing and the private balcony was more like a ledge with a view of the dirty wall of the adjacent building. To escape the room, we visited the roof terrace to relax on sun loungers and go in the hot tubs, however the whole area was strewn with litter and the hot tubs were empty and dirty. We literally couldn’t wait to leave. The breakfast was the only redeeming quality."

The hotel is slightly tricky to find by car as it appears to be in a pedestrian area (people were stood in the cobbled street not moving when i wanted to drive in their direction giving me the impression i shouldn't drive there). "I had a wonderful stay in May 2024. The hotel is in a perfect location and the rooms are clean and large. The breakfast selection was great! The staff is really where this place shines. I lost my passport the day I arrived and Elisa and another woman working the front desk in the morning were so empathetic and helpful during that stressful time. I am so grateful to the two of them and would absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone!"
