“Quick Stay - Very Good”
Just a quick stay over. The accomodations were very good, clean, and room was spacious and quiet. I believe that we had an issue with the bed coming off the frame, but that was fixed pretty easily with some minor adjusting - but, once it happens, you wait for it to happen again. Breakfast in the morning was nothing special, but decent; a very good start to the day. If in the area, I would stay here again. Has a good-sized pool and pool area in the center; looked nice, but it was raining. A very good stay for the price!

Overall great value for the $. Has all the room amenities of a much more valued hotel. Only one small disapointment it could have been a better continental breakfast (only muffins cut in half)
“Pleasantly surprised in Modesto”
The bedding and furniture in this room was in great shape. Room had a nice layout. We were late for the continental breakfast but they front office stopped cleaning up, allowing us to have access to what they had not put away yet.
“Much better than I expected”
Considering the low rate we paid for the room, I expected it to be clean and functional, but small and perhaps a bit worn-out. Quite the contrary. I opened the door and was pleasantly surprised. The room was quite roomy. The decor was modern and attractive. The beds were inviting - they didn't have those plastic-ey bedspreads many budget hotels use. Our room had a second door which opened onto the courtyard, with a large-ish swim pool and a hot tub still heated up in October. Plus plenty of grassy area (instead of pavement) and nice landscaping. What a pleasant surprise. And the staff was very helpful as well.
“Good for a 1-2 night stay”
Room was very clean with updated furnishing. T.V. reception was a bit snowy on higher channels. Had some problems with teenage boys in another room "checking out" and making unwanted/inappropriate comments to my teenage daughter. Called front desk they sent out security and took care of the problem. Would saty there again
“Not Bad!”
The hotel wasn't bad at all for a one night stay. We had two nice beds with plenty of pillows, a clean room and decent size bathroom. The room didn't have a view or balcony or anything but who cares it was CHEAP! The room was remodeled and nice. You may hear people walking above you if you're downstairs but it didn't bother me at all and I didn't hear people at all in the rooms next door. Only flaw: I had to go to the front desk to get the iron and *SMALL* ironing board since they don't have them in the rooms. Overall, I would go back there again.

We were in town for a family reunion. We brought our small dog with us. The staff was very nice and accomidating.

Very attractive, very clean, staff are very polite and service was excellent. The continental breakfast was a quick start to a busy day. Very nice. Highly recommend.

The stay was very nice and everything was clean. We will stay there again if we are visiting friends in the erea.
