Las instalaciones bien , lo que no me gustó es que la piscina estaba un poco sucia , y habían muchos niños gritando y jugando , y aunque dicen que no esta permitido igual no hacen nada , se supone que es tipo spa y el silencio es primordial !!

Hotel was very easy to find. Staff friendly. Good location to restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable & very good. Not walkable.

Front desk people are very non-interested, cold welcome, wouldn’t look at us or smile. Night shift didn’t greet us when we came back from the restaurant, just kept on chatting and playing with their phones. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Usually we love our stays at the Ax, but this time the overall vibe is just not there.

We loved the lounge and the board games available there. Very nice atmosphere and food/drinks were reasonably priced. Was disappointed that folks aren’t able to bring in their own food when there are dietary restrictions and very limited options for what to order (eg., gluten free). As for the rooms, atrocity. Zero soundproofing anywhere. Could hear people clearing their throat in the room next to us and could hear everything above and outside of our room. Do not stay here if you plan to sleep. And the pool smelled like the seafood section at the grocery store (think lobster/crab tanks).

The location is stunning, rooms are good (not beautiful but perfect for just sleeping). Food was terrible- they cook out of a tiny air fryer and everything is priced like it is a 4 star restaurant -_- the staff was great when we arrived but not great customer service via telephone or Facebook prior to arrival. I added a night the day before travelling and chose the wrong type of room, the lady on the phone said that they would never ‘downgrade’ and the only option was to upgrade my second two nights to stay in the same room and charge me more money. We didn’t need the upgrade, just wanted to stay in the same room. Seemed like they were more about getting more money from us than making a simple change. Will be back to the area (absolutely stunning) but will find another hotel/lodge that has better customer service! We would rather spend our extra money on activities and good food than being demanded to updrage a room just to not have to move our stuff.

The location was easy to find by car. Facilities close if you had a car. Staff was a bit cold and not friendly! We speak only english and they seem they did not like that! We were tourist!

Our room had a connecting door to the other room next door, and the family there was very noisy and loud. Those connecting doors have no soundproofing at all and you could hear everything.

One thing was lacking. The room was handicapped accessible. I did not ask for such a room and by it being a handicapped accessible room there was no tub just a large shower with a a slippery in floor ramp . This ramp almost caused a slip and fall. As well by occupying this room. I am occupying a space that may be needed, I would obviously switch but the person who really needs it must now wait for staff to prep the room and I may be unable to occupy another room.

Nice and clean hotel near Mont Tremblant ski area: 12 min drive to the slopes. Good atmosphere at the breakfast lounge. Ok for a short stay and good value for money

We loved the hot pool and sauna! The location is perfect for a ski vacation at Mt Tremblant! We didn't like the fact that the rooms were not cleaned daily (only if you stay more than 4 nights), there was no safe box in our room (we were told that no room has any), breakfast was advertised at $15 for adults and $5 for kids... Misleading... The dishes were priced at $15 or $5... We ended paying $80 for a decent breakfast for a family of 4... Not too many food options around... You need to drive 15 min or more to get a good dinner. Note that there's no ski room... You keep all the equipment in the room with you... All in all, it's a great deal. We enjoyed our stay. Some small things that make this even a better experience!

The hotel is located in downtown Mont Tremblant and just a 15 mins drive from the village. And it is right beside the snow tubing park which is a big advantage for families who wish to do the activity. Rooms are cozy and spacious. We fitted in an extra cot without any problem. Washrooms are clean and well lit. Highly recommended.

My family really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool/hot tub and sauna. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and was very clean and nicely decorated. The cafe had great coffee and other snacks that could be purchased which was very convenient. It was also in a great location, close to the small town with restaurants and shops. My only critique would be that the small cafe could have used one or two extra staff in the morning at breakfast time as the line was long and I had to wait quite a while just to get a morning coffee. The staff did a really good job and were working very hard, but they were definitely understaffed in that area. This wasn't a big issue as we had brought food to our room. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning!

Had a great experience - nice cafe on premises, clean rooms with a great view, efficient and friendly staff, proximilty to the mountain (less than 15 min drive) and the St Jovite vlaage with great restaurants and shopping. Thank you, we had an awesome stay here, will definitely be coming again!
