Lesson learned: do NOT book through Expedia. I booked a Superior room and got an ugly room looking at a back alley. The ck in staff was unfriendly and said she didn’t have any upgrade available, the ck out staff was professional and pleasant.

The room is very clean, staff is very nice. The building is kinda old but it was well maintained. It was very close to shopping and dining but the street was amazingly quiet. The only thing I found strange is you need to keep 2 separate card keys, one specifically for the elevator and one for your room. Other than that I think it’s a good hotel choice.

The hotel room had no free water, no slippers. The garbage can in the bathroom was broken. I had to notify the reception twice before they replaced it. On the other hand wifi was free and fast.
