"There was a mix up and some confusion with the booking date. Louise at reception was exceptionally friendly and resolved the issue by upgrading us to another available room on short notice. I received a call from a person from the hotel after checkout — not particularly phone friendly — demanding my credit card to make another payment. I would recommend this person is trained in being more approachable and clearer on the phone. The booking date was amended with the booking agency and the problem...

"Easily accessed other suburbs, felt I was situated right in the middle of the places I wanted to see. Only thing I would suggest, with the colder weather, have a blanket in the cupboard for us cold ppl, who need extra warmth in bed. "

"Great location for our Mornington trip. Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of dining and bars to choose from within walking distance. 2 minute walk to the beach. Only issue was with our TCL smart TV and Netflix shutting down every 15 minutes, so couldn't even finish a movie, which was frustrating. TV aside, no hesitation staying here again."
