Located so close to the beach was a real bonus. Some lovely walks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant above served good meals and the beers were excellent. Plan to visit again

The staff are great and helpful the food was very good everything else was a bonus and we were happy , and it was near a lot of the things we needed to get done around the area.

I do not recommend staying here over the weekend. The noise from the pub is unbearable and kept us awake until 3 am. I believe a weekday stay wouldn't have that problem as the operating hours must be different. The room was comfortable and clean. The check-in and out were easy.

Great service, good value.

Stayed in a small but cimfortable room and had dinner in the hotel above. A beautiful view from the window. A very nice bed. Lovely friendly staff. Food was delicious and not overly pricey. I would def stay again!

Great location for our Mornington trip. Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of dining and bars to choose from within walking distance. 2 minute walk to the beach. Only issue was with our TCL smart TV and Netflix shutting down every 15 minutes, so couldn't even finish a movie, which was frustrating. TV aside, no hesitation staying here again.
