Shelves super dusty, inside of the bathroom door was dirty, really very minor things, and would stay here again in a heartbeat! I loved that the menu in Drinkwaters was small and to the point. "This hotel is lovely and has been an exceptional experience from the moment we walked into the lobby which is beautifully appointed. The reception staff were well groomed, good mannered and dressed in designed uniforms. We entered our lovely seaside decorated room overlooking the magnificent stretch of beach at low tide. It was very welcoming with a light on and soft music playing on the TV. The drapes were opened just enough for us to be overwhelmed with the fabulous view. Am so impressed...

"This spa is unique, picturesque with plentiful staff that are friendly and helpful. The different types of accommodation were thoughtfully and tastefully arranged on the property. The quality of the food was first class (if pricey). The kitchenette and gas fire made the room much more comfortable. Some of the equipment in the gym could be better maintained; and it would be a bonus if the pool beside the gym had thermal water. Having bars of soap for handwashing in the room would have been...
