"Check-in process was fast and great. They provide us 2 cans of soda water. The location was nice and close to Baijiahu Lake, just a 10-min walk could get to entertainment place like Kingmo and 1912 bars area. You can get everything but tissue from your room. It might be the only thing that make this trip imperfect. "

Then when we checked out and they had sorted it out I had to remind them to cancel the extra payment. The bathroom had a very bad smell coming from the drains. We complained when we left the room for the day and when we came back it was almost gone but it came back again overnight. I've travelled and lived in China so I'm used to hard beds but these ones...
