"This is probably the best hotel for the money I have ever seen. It was really a spectacular place. It compares well with such great values as The Salisbury Hotel in Hong Kong. The staff was remarkably well trained. The were fluent in English and very attentive. The room itself was huge, looked brand new and was extremely well decorated. "Overall was excellent. Conciege staff and manager were helpful and kind. Had some little problem with the sofa, and the hotel was so kind to offer a change of room for us. We didnt take up the offer as our friends were just staying the room beside us. Excellent service. Morning breakfast can be better improve. Will definitely stay here again if back to Nanjing."

"I had to stay at Nanjing due to the connection flight was cancelled by the air line. Booked it for its convenience location which is not need to step out the departure and arrival just walk about estimated 200meters. It was amazing flight campus view and comfy Spacious room. Very quiet hall way and comfy bedding. Nice swimming pool with heated water. Just one day no time to enjoy the other services. Definitely recommend and will stay again next time. "

"Check-in process was fast and great. They provide us 2 cans of soda water. The location was nice and close to Baijiahu Lake, just a 10-min walk could get to entertainment place like Kingmo and 1912 bars area. You can get everything but tissue from your room. It might be the only thing that make this trip imperfect. "

"I am satisfied with the hotel as a whole. The staff in this hotel is very helpful. Breakfast provided is quite ok, except that the dishes are almost similar for my 3 days stay. Distance is a bit far from the city of Nanjing, may not be suitable for visitors who prefer to stay near the city."

"They allow SMOKING in this property. We have asked for non smoking rooms and when we went to our room, it was smelling smoke. We went back to talk to the receptionist and we saw someone smoking in the corridor. They have ask trays by the elevator door. We went to complain but they said nothing they can do. Do not stay here if you want a smoke free place "
