"This was the next best thing after the holiday inn in the airport basically tried to start my vacation wrong. The staff in this hotel is awesome, friendly and rather the opposite experience compared to the so called hotel at T3 Airport. It had real people to greet you and even helped with my luggage. They knew I was staying for only 1 day but they ensured that I was taken care of. Awesome places "

"Our flight was cancelled at the last minute. We booked on line very early in the morning and arrived at the hotel at 5am. We explained our situation to the reception staff who were kind enough to let us wait in the lounge with all our luggage. Our room was ready a little early and they let us in. We dined in house and found staff with hearing/ speaking disabilities also keen to assist. All staff went out of their way to assist us. Whilst the hotel clean and comfortable our stay was enhanced knowing they provided working opportunities to those less fortunate to the majority. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Very pleasant experience at our stay. The room was spacious with the separate bathtub in the bath room. The hospitality and the ambience is amazing. We had our dinner at the OKO restaurant was great and the service was amazing. We opted for the room with breakfast which was on the average side with not so much options in my opinion as compared to other 5 star hotels, that was a little downturn for us. I was expecting breakfast to be amazing. Overall, a great experience with the staff who went extra mile to make us feel comfy. Would love to stay again."
