The front desk didn’t have our reservation. Then gave us a room that smelled like cigarette smoke even though I requested a smoke free room. The brunch was very expensive and they charged me 420 rupees for a bottle of water. The lobby and my room were not very clean.

They didn’t provide room to me and said room is not available. They said they tried my card and it got declined because of that they have given my room to someone. My booking was confirmed in Expedia then why they tried my card before I checked in their hotel. I chatted with them earlier too while booking this hotel about my check-in time after midnight and they assured me that room would be provided and my booking is confirmed.. Later they provided room to me and which I didn’t find good but it was late in night so I accepted that hotel

I everything was great wxcept dor our room (for two people) only had a single swt if towela and a single robe. I think the housekeeping staff omitted to restock it. When we called down to housekeeping we were told they would come right away but they never did. We arrived hot and dusty from a 12 hour no a/c drive in 93/43 degree weather and unable to shower and refresh ourselves.

Excellent hotel. Will stay there every time we go to Delhi. Their cab service was great, food options were great, massage by Bora was great, Kajol was very nice greeter. She made sure every thing was taken care for us.
