“Excellent service”
Desk attendants were extremely helpful, breakfast was one of the best I have had a hotel, hot, fresh and served with a smile.
“Good Experience in a Good Location”
This is a location that I've stayed at before. I'm please with this stay and not disappointed. Parking is a bit of a challenge in that it is not immediately accessible to the lobby or a secondary entrance, but that is minor. Good location and good amenities. My only criticism is that the internet should be free.
“Very Relaxing!”
We had a great time. This was our second time to NYC so we opted to reserve our room in NJ since we were familiar with the city. The last time we visited NYC, we stayed at the Embassy Suites in the Financial District. We knew we wanted to stay at Embassy Suites again. The hotel in Seacacus was just as convenient and just as nice! We would visit this hotel again!

“Great Location for NYC”
I always love Embassy Suites and this one was no exception. We flew in and out of Newark airport and it was about a 20 min./$50 cab ride (incl. tolls) to/from the hotel. Check-in was easy and the room was standard Embassy Suites - nicely decorated and comfortable. The manager's reception differs slightly form other Embassy Suites in that they limit you to one free drink, but if one is 20 mins. from Times Square - who is in their hotel from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. anyway. The free hot breakfast was good, but the buffet part was not as extensive or consistent as other Embassy Suites I have been to. The staff working breakfast was extremely attentive and nice. Best thing about this hotel though was the ease and inexpensiveness of getting to/from Manhattan. New Jersey Transit has a bus into Manhattan with very few stops that has a stop directly across from the front entrance to the hotel. The adult fare was only a little more than $3 (senior and child fare less than 1/2 that). The ride was no more than 20 mins. and the bus drops you off/picks you up at the Port Authority bus station almost in Times Square. It couldn't be easier, feel safer or be more convenient for a tourist. I have stayed in at the Embassy Suites in Battery park Manhattan, and overall it was more convenient to stay in New Jersey than on the Southern tip of the city.

I would rate my experience an overall of 4.5 and above. Unlike some other reviewers I found not only the Hotel itself to be extremely well-kept and aesthetically pleasing but also the environment around the hotel to be quite calm and pleasant. Please take the advice about the Route 320 bus - BEST way to get to NY from the Hotel. Stops right across from the Hotel. Make sure you have Cash on you - like $7 per person two-way.
“Convenient to NYC”
With regular bus service to and from NYC, this pleasant hotel is great. The only drawback is that you can't check in until 4:00pm. However, they gladly stored our bags for us while we took off for the city and we checked in at midnight, upon our return. The accomodations were nice and breakfast was wonderful. Will go back to this place!
“What a pleasant surprise - highly recommend”
We were very impressed with the friendly hotel staff and wonderful breakfast. The suite was spacious and beds comfortable. A little problem was that one of the bed was wet the first day when we tried to go to bed. The staff quickly changed the mattress, sheets and blanks. We felt treated fairly despite the accident. Parking is free and transportation to Manhattan very conveninent. Cannot think of anywhere else better to stay when visiting NY city in the future. Highly recommend!!
