“BEST CHOICE EVER!”
This hotel was really the best choice for me. Quality of hotel service is really proffesional, crew is very helpful and obliging. When we arrived receptionist gave us bus schedule and bus station is very close to hotel cca 150 metres. Bus takes people directly on Manhatton and doesnt matter on traffic we were there during 20 or 25 minutes. Room was cleaning everyday and we had also new and clean towels - and also size of room was big. Beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is tasty - when I was in holiday inn in london we had only sweet breakfast but here was also cheese, eggs and sausages.I think neighborhood is safe and calm. We took taxi to the airport - Newark and it cost 60 dolars with tips. I think if you want to go on holiday because of New York and also shopping in Jersey garden outlet - this hotel is the best choice for you because of great price and great location! You will be really satisfied!

“Great Value”
Clean, reasonable, comfortable bed. Within walking distance of good steakhouse and Giants/Jets stadium. Good breakfast (accept eggs) get a newspaper in the morning.
“Very good hotel”
The Holiday Inn Express definitely exceeded my expectations. The bed was very comfortable, and the room very clean, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast left a bit to be desired, but it was free. Don't eat the eggs. The bus that goes to New York City (Port Authority) is across the street from the hotel. It only takes about 15 minutes to get to Times Square. It doesn't run 24 hours a day, so be sure to get a copy of the schedule from the hotel. The only downside was that there was a lot of construction going on outside the hotel. Most days we were up early enough that we were gone by the time it started. But on the third day they were already drilling by 7:15am. I would definitely stay again, as the price, and proximity to nyc was great.

This was a great place to stay. The breakfast was great, the room was a quality size and the staff was friendly.

The service, cleanliness and amenities were great. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this area. The proximity to the bus service was nice if a little messy as they have construction going on the main road.
“Good option for events in Meadowlands Stadium”
Very good option, as most of HI Express. Just taxi services around (there's no way to go anywere except by taxi), are expensive.

We had read the excellent reviews for this hotel and I can echo what others said. I was extremely impressed by the quality of service, accomodations, and food. I couldn't imagine finding a better hotel for your money! We came with our two children (16 & 21) for a 24 hour trip to NYC. We arrived late afternoon, checked into our rooms, grabbed some of the delicious complimentary fresh baked cookies, and headed for the bus stop (which is so convenient to the hotel!) for the trip into the city. The next morning we enjoyed a very ample hot breakfast at the hotel (the cinnamon rolls are yummy!) before checking out of our rooms and once one heading in to the city. How nice to be able to leave our car on the parking lot (even after checking out) until our return that evening. Our hotel room was extremely nice and the staff were all very warm and courteous. It could not have been a better hotel experience, especially considering the bargain price. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time we come to NYC!
