We made the reservation in the morning for the same day for 2 nights. Check in is after 16:00 and you can leave your luggage before. Our reservation was for an apartment with 1 king bed, sofa bed and kitchenette and they gave us a free upgrade to a penthouse suite located on the top floor. The apartment is very large with a renovated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The furniture is a bit outdated and the chairs in the living room need to be changed as well as the central doors. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. Just steps from times square and most attractions without the annoying noise of the city. It is ideal for families with children as you will not find apartments of this size at a better price.

Was a great stay and the location is great. Ridiculous though that you can't leave your bag at checkout. I had a bus only at 5pm out of NY. I was told that I could only leave my bag if I had another booking, if I had another booking I would need to leave my bag.

We arrived really early from our flight at around 10am we knew that our room was not going to be available until we have the check-in at 4pm but the concierge, let us know that we can check in our bags and come back at check in time. Front desk personnel was amazing. They directed us to the nearest attractions, which is the Rockefeller 2 blocks on the right side and on the left side 2 blocks Times Square. When we came back for check-in, we received an upgrade from our room. We had originally gotten a two double bed room and we got upgraded to a king size bed on the 12th floor. Our room was amazing, it had a small kitchenette, dining table, living room w/ tv, a big walk-in shower bathroom and a big bedroom with a supper comfy king size bed and a tv. Our overall stay was of three nights and we couldn’t have asked for anything better.
