“Great location and value for money”

This is the second visit to the hotel and it was just as good as the first. A nice quiet neighbourhood with lots of day-to-day shops and restaurants nearby. A two minute walk to the Imperial Gardens and right across the street from the metro entrance. Hotel facilities are basic but good bed and housekeeping service. Reception staff have limited English skills but try hard!! We got a great deal on the Internet of half price for a 4+ night stay.

“My kind of place”

This is a great hotel if you are not a hotel snob. The rooms are clean and spartan. Across the road is the Metro System, so you can get to ever you want. There is no resturan,t but they do have a breakfast in the morning. They have Family Mart, quaint backery and Dr Coffee just up the street so youy can get any thing you want to eat and beer wine or booze. There is a refrigerator in the room so you can keep stuff cold. They have free internet and you can buy cable Tv if you want, 1000 yen a night. Or just swich the basic 12 channles or the BBc which is in English. Plenty of resturants on the side streets Overall a great value .

“Beyond adequate”

A bit beyond adequate, no frills, clean, friendly staff, excellent location, just remember, when you exit Hanzomon station, go to exit no 5, other exits will get you lost.

“Excellent Stay in a Fabulous Country!”

I just have to begin by saying JAPAN is a MUST visit! Put it on your list of places to go! And when you do, stay at the Hotel Monterey Hanzomon! It's roughly 15 minutes (you have to change subways, but that's a given in Tokyo) from Tokyo station, which is a main station. Minutes from Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Roppongi, all the places you'll want to visit. Very modern decor, our room was a little dirty (stains on rugs) but quite comfortable, & the staff is SUPER helpful, speaks enough English to help you to where you're going. And a FABULOUS breakfast buffet! Can't wait to go back!

“Great Hotel”

I would certainly consider staying here in the future. Extremely clean, friendly hotel staff, and conveniently located across the street from an underground metro station. I had a very pleasant stay!

“Great as always!”

I've stayed at their hotels before and have been happy with them every time. My single room was small by American standards, but still PLENTY of room. There was no wireless internet, but there was high-speed internet with an ethernet cable provided. The hotel is in the middle of a business district. There are a few cafes, restaurants and coffee shops on the same block. There are at least three convenience stores within one block and one of the exits for Hanzomon station is directly in front of the hotel (exit or 'deguchi' #5). Be sure to use this exit or else you will end up a few blocks away and might get lost. For the price, you really can't beat this chain of hotels.

“Great hotel, great value”

Great price in good location. There`s a subway station just across the street. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but there`s is no much to do around. Anyway, it`s a good option: provides easy access to transportation and give you some rest after a long day in busy Tokyo. Can`t wait to go back!
