“EXCELLENT HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!”

EXCELLENT HOTEL!!! Excellent Customer service and great shuttle service to the station. We were greeted on our arrival and the staff were always very welcoming, and gave us great advice and tips on how to make the best out of our stay. I would love to come back to this hotel on my next visit to NYC and I look forward to that COMFORTABLE bed and great coffee machine. If this is the standard of service in Sheraton Hotels then I will visit every one around the world on my travels.

“Great Hotel”

I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews before staying as I read the reviews after booking with a credit card & would lose deposit if I cancelled now, so I just went with it & hoped for the best. The negative reviews make the hotel out to be a slum but this is not the case. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room was on the 14th floor & riding the lift up or down was quite fast. Our room was clean & made up well every day. We had white sheets with no stains. Being a pet friendly hotel I expected flees or worse case bed bugs, but there was no bugs in the hotel room & we would know as we stayed for 4 nights. There was a musty smell of freshner when we first walked in on our first night but after putting on the AC for a while the smell was gone. We had a car so I cannot comment on shuttle service but the car park is finished & has a roof over it so parking is great! When going to see NYC we parked at the new Secaucus Park & ride car park next to the Secaucus train station for $19.00 a day. The Secaucus train station is one stop to Penn station NYC. It was so easy to travel in & the station is very safe.

“Convenient for NYC Marathon runners”

My second stay here. Cheapest hotel to stay in for the NYC Marathon. Very nice rooms, staff was very helpful. Checked our bags before and after the race. Free shuttle to Secaucus Trains approx every hour. Last time they had a free shuttle to the Meadowlands for the Marahton bus pickup which was nice. This year they charged $5.00 per person.

“Front Desk Staff Extremely Helpful!”

Upon entering the hotel I found that I had left my purse in the taxi. The front desk staff did all they could to help me retrieve my purse, including paying for a limo to take me back to the airport, so that I could track down the cab driver to see if my purse was still in the cab. It was, and so were all the contents! I was very impressed with their concern, kindness and quick action.
