2/10 Terrible

"I swear this is the first time I'm ever bothered writing a review, This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. First our TV stopped working so I pick up the phone to call the front desk and that wasn't working and yes, it was plugged in. So, I go down to the front desk where there are screaming kids to the point the front desk clerk apologized before I even spoke, When I tell her about the TV and phone, she tells me the maintenance man is gone for the night but if I want, she could let me have the remote to come down to watch TV where all the screaming kids are. This hotel was a disaster, period."

"The hotel is centrally located close to the falls. It's extremely popular with certain foreign visitors. Cleanliness seems to be a chronic issue, for example, chicken bones were left on the corridor floor for the two nights we spent. The free breakfast is okay, but the cafe floor is not kept clean. The pool and hot tub were in good condition. The value for the price is good."

"Very disappointing stay. We chose this hotel partly because breakfast was included, but the breakfast selection was extremely limited. The only options available were waffles, bread, cereal, and yogurt. The breakfast area was overcrowded, and food ran out quickly. During our visit, there was no bread available, and it was not being replenished. We spoke with the front desk employee, who explained that he was the only staff member working at the time and could not leave the desk to restock the breakfast area. Unfortunately, this left guests without assistance and unable to enjoy the breakfast that was included in the price of the stay. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the property, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Overall, the lack of staff, poor breakfast service, and uncomfortable environment made this a disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."
