Great rooms, friendly, don't judge by cover

Do not let the shabby exterior fool you, the rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. They made sure to leave us our room key so we could get there late at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was very smooth and the desk clerk was very friendly. This guy place was a classic motel where you can park your car right in front of room door which makes it convenient. The room was nice and simple. Very clean. They have the cutest pool….its small but very clean and has chairs and loungers around. The area has a lot of stores and restaurants and conveniently located close to Niagara Falls. We’d definitely stay here again.

The property was extremely old and had an unpleasant odor throughout. I couldn’t even bring myself to use the shower. The door knob was swarmed with houseflies, which was completely unacceptable. The overall atmosphere felt more like a scene from a horror movie than a hotel stay. I honestly do not understand how people could rate this property as high as 8. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

DISAPPOINTED

Don’t understand how this hotel maintains such a high rating. It is old (1960’s style) with minimal “updates”. Has questionable electrical wiring for TV, uneven floor under an old carpet, no vanity space in bathroom, no hand towel (only bath size and wash cloths), no facial tissues, no coffee maker or cups to use in microwave, no room darkening curtains or shades (very light weight curtains). Beds were clean. All lights worked (even the old ceiling light), toilet appeared to be newer, and faucets functioned with plenty of hot and cold water.

This motel has very nice rooms and great amenities. The beds are comfortable and the linens clean and fresh. The bathroom are large and the shower puts out hot water. The wifi is clear, the refrigerator larger, and the is an ice machine. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️!
