All the rooms are recently updated beautifully and comfortable. Very clean, a lot of space in the room and a beautiful view to the city. I recommend it 200%. Staff very attentive, a nice indoor pool and a good breakfast in a nice restaurant.

It's in a great location. Restaurants all around, the mall basically has a parking lot connected to it and you can get Niagara Falls quick or to the stadium if you're going to a game. The elevator looks like something out of a horror movie but other than that, it works and that's what counts.

Had a great experience at the hotel. Due to short time being there and was super busy taking care of things didn’t have time to step into the breakfast room. But hope next time I be around and stay at the hotel I for sure try the breakfast and the enjoy the pool and gym they have. But although super fantastic hotel.. Would gladly recommend it.

Great stay, the rooms are a bit old and not well maintained but the bed is comfortable. Amenities are nice and breakfast was good. There were a lot of fruit flies which made the stay way worse than it could’ve been. Good deal for your buck otherwise.

They have an awesome idea and are doing some much needed updating, but it would probably be beneficial to shut down for a deep clean and complete remodel. The pool was too cold for swimming and the bathroom fan didnt work. The bartender was super awesome and so was the housekeeping staff, but the hotel itself needs a cleaning.

Pros: the location was great a lot of shopping areas and restaurants in walking distance. Check in was easy. Complimentary breakfast. In door swimming pool. Cons: the hotel is a bit run down, I had gnats flying around in my room, I had to use my ket to pull the shower knob up. I had 4 people staying in my room but was provided 2 washcloths and towels and when I asked for more the cleaning lady said no she couldn’t give more. I wouldn’t stay here again.
