The hostel seems to be run by a group of Aussies who are there just to party with their friends. There was one day during our stay where the entire staff had started doing ski shots in the morning and left early afternoon to go party. They came back at 1:30AM and started blasting music and screaming. When I asked them to turn it down I was met with eye rolls and a very passive aggressive response. Unless you want to stay in a party house of Aussies, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hi Tina, thank you for all of your reviews across multiple platforms, we appreciate your feedback and in fact have since had a few guests mention it is as a reason for booking. We are extremely sorry that there was noise on the night you reported. We do our best to keep noise to a minimum but there are the odd occasions where we will have a group of varied nationalities who want to party and enjoy the moment. We are a backpacker lodge and have people from all over the globe stay with us. I find it offensive and humorous that you single out Australians in all of your reviews as we actually only had one Australian person working in the lodge this season who was not present on the night in question. Our staff and guests enjoy skiing & socializing together and that includes enjoying a few drinks, if that’s what they choose, it is what staying in a hostel is all about. If you do not like this social community-minded type of stay we recommend you stay in a hotel. Kanpai.

Great stay
Great stay, very helpful staff, very close to the mountains with a free shuttle in the morning, as well as a good and filling breakfast included every morning!

Great for solo female traveler. Everything you need for skiing including heated boot room. Staff is incredible. Bar, Mexican restaurant, and free breakfast on site. Great location right in front of a bus stop for easy access to town and the resorts. They also run a free private shuttle to the mountain in the mornings, and gave me a ride to where my airport shuttle picked up from.

Its just ok
Not a great place to stay.Reception unattended at all times, no there to help you. Staff don’t care about guests, stayed there more than a week and the room was not even serviced once, shower was really bad not water pressure,cold or hot water very hard to get warm water. The only good thing about the place is the location, walking distance to one of the lifts, and theres a shuttle running every morning to The Hilton Hotel so you can buy your lift pass

hi there I am not to sure with what you mean by your comment payment was not reflected? As you booked through Expedia I assume that you made payment to them as all guest do when they book through them. I am sorry if there was some confusion but hope you enjoyed your stay anyways.

レストランを併設しているので、外に出たくない日は便利です。 バス停に近いのでスキー場へはアクセスし易かったです。
