"Had a great time! Beautiful hotel. The security at the pool was little aggressive but we spoke with the manager and it was resolved. Also, we didn’t get our room cleaned but it was memorial weekend and the hotel was super packed. "

"Amazing service, good breakfast-athough same breakfast menu on all the three days of my stay in the hotel, reception staff very active and helpful- special mention to Anubha and Maggie who have been very kind and receptive. The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful location. Ocean is just few steps away, with clean water and serenic beauty. There are few shopping complexes close by on the collins Av which won't let you starve and provide with all basic necessities. Hotel has a nice pool at the 9th floor with a decent view and restaurants that offers nice food. All in all, 5 star rating goes without second thought. "
