“Very Exceelant hotel”

It was on of the best hotel in south africa. i will return back there again later.

“Cascades hotel, Sun City”

Staff were excellent, hotel and grounds are superb - one of the best pool areas, including a waterfall. Only drawback was waiting until 2pm to get the room - we did get an upgrade however to a room al with large balcony. Breakfast was also very good.

“Can't wait to go back”

Staff were very welcoming and informative. Facilities are great with so many activities to do within the complex or going out on a game drive in the nearby reserve. Even thought it was winter schedule and our pools was being serviced we were informed of which pools to use at the other hotels. Overall a very good holiday spent here would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing and comfortable time.

“Not bad, could be better”

Gave us a smoking room at first and tried to say it wasn't! The smell was awful, considering we are both non-smokers it was very obvious!

“Don't stay at Sun City”

The hotel is old and very very tired. The public rooms are past their best and badly require refurbishment. The bedrooms too are past their sell by date. Room 705 had a tiny TV inside and old sideboard which itself was poor. The picture quality looked as if the aerial was missing. The bathroom shower was not comfortable to use, the shower head did adjust but not very well. The carpets were dirty with stains.
