“Worth a visit”

Hotel clean and cared for. I have experienced very variable standards with Best Western hotels and tend to avoid them but this hotel is good. Bedroom clean and well maintained. Bathroom spotless clean. Restaurant menu a bit limited but quality of food very good. Drink prices reasonable. Restaurant staff good but the real star is Bonny -she deserves promotion. Lots of secure parking. Only fault I could find was a noisy water pipe which started at 6.00 am, but as an early riser it wasn't a problem for me. Reception made a note to get it fixed. Will use this hotel again.

“Needs a good clean!”

When leving the hotel I gave the lady on reception a list of things which needed cleaning, this included: shower head orange - disgusting hair on side of bath (not mine) tiles orange bath panel orange/brown film which needed cleaning off wall paper was coming off the walls in the main area Overall I was very disappointed with the room.
