“I'd stay here again.”

I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was above what I expected. The location was ideal for visiting old town Fredericksburg as well as close to all the shopping areas.

“Check Your receipt.”

For the price, it was a bargain. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom! Yuk. When I checked out I was charged an additional $20 for a pet. I don't have a pet!. The charge was removed but the clerk insisted that I must have declared a pet when I made the reservation...hence my fault not hers. Very suspicious. I wonder how many times they do this and how many people just pay it without checking their receipt.

“Satisfactory hotel”

We stayed one night while en route to visiting family in Virginia and did not spend a lot of time in the hotel or using its facilities. The staff was friendly. The room was typical and a fair value. Breakfast was adequate, "expanded" continental to include waffles, hard-boiled eggs, etc.

“Not impressed”

While the staff was delightful and attentive, the hotel itself can best be described as "tired" and the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable.
