“Great Location”
We are from the area and knew this was one of the newer hotels. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Location is right off the main highway so it is easily accessible to many things. Great restaurants close by. If you like wings, there is a great place within walking distance just across the parking lot.
“We will come back”
We have family members in Oakdale & Woodbury, & they like to come to visit us at the hotel. There is a smaller lobby off the lobby that is much better for conversation than a restaurant. My brother's family from OR stayed here last Christmas & their daughter loved the pool.
“The Best in the Twin Cities”
As I told the staff, this was the best hotel experience I have ever had anywhere. I travel all over the country for business and pleasure. I will not stay anywhere else in the Twin Cities when I visit there again. The staff's friendliness and attention "totally caught me off guard". They welcome you back whenever you are coming back to your room and the desk person always looks up when anybody walks by. The cookies were there every night. Some hotels serve them once and then you don't see them again. I am a customer service trainer and this hotel rated clear off my chart.
“Nice hotel good value”
This is a fairly new hotel and is very nice. The pool area is very nice. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is not complementary but kids eat free. Rooms are a nice size and have a very nice size refridgerator in them and a microwave. Very pleasant staff.
“Great location”
We have family in the Woodbury area and love staying at this hotel. It's easy to access, the staff is always friendly, and the rooms are clean. You don't get daily housekeeping though. Biggest complaint...no Diet Coke to be found.
“Clean, comfortable, affordable”
The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was pleasant without any hassles.
“Good Basic Hotel”
I received good service, the room was very nice, Internet access was included. No problems -- very comfortable. Only slight complaint is the wall a/c-heat unit was a tad noisy.
“A nice stay”
Only spent one night but was very pleased with the overall experience. The check in went smooth and even got directions to my destination for the day from the front desk. The hotel was clean and the walls were thick enough to not hear much noise. The room was clean and tidy and the bed slept well.
