“A pleasant surprise”
This hotel was more than I expected. I arrived late on a Saturday night and the shuttle was right there to pick me up.The hotel is 5 minutes from Oakland Airport. My room was recently re-done with new carpet, tile etc in the bathroom. The maid service was prompt. The restaurant was good, not fancy. I have no complaints and would stay here again when I am in town. I felt safe in this hotel traveling as a single female on business.

This was my first time staying at a Red Lion Hotel. I found it to be a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly , very helpful, and accommodating. Would highly recommend it to others.
“Close to airport and clean”
I have stayed here numerous times for business travel. The service and hotel is good. Clean and the restaurant is tasty. The only negative is the speed of the shuttle. They only have one shuttle at a time that goes from the BART, hotel and airport. It can be very slow and the BART station nearest the hotel is not a safe place to hang out and wait for a shuttle
“Easy Access to Highways for San Jose, Fremont n San Francisco”
The Hotel Staff was Very Helpful with answering all the Questions and the Overall hotel was Clean. The Mattress was Comfortable but i think they need to get new frames cause few night i was able to hear the beds from other Rooms.

This was a clean, easy access room. Beds comfortable for children and adults. Pillows were too firm. Good shuttle service.
