An air-conditioned health-and-beauty spa with four treatment rooms (including one for couples) offers massage, reflexology, body wraps and scrubs, facials, waxing, hair braiding, and hair and nail care (surcharges for all treatments and services). A 24-hour, air-conditioned, beach-view fitness center contains cardio and weight machines as well as free weights. In addition, Couples Tower Isle All Inclusive has its own private island for au naturel sunbathing.
A pavilion bordering the swimming pool houses an open-air games area, large-screen television, and slot machines (surcharges for tokens). Entertainment is presented nightly on a stage in an open-air buffet restaurant. An air-conditioned piano bar with rose walls, mahogany trim, banquettes, and celebrity-guest photos dating to the resort's origins in the 1940s provides a nightly sing-a-long.
The piano bar and the lobby both provide wireless Internet access and guests can use a lobby computer to go online. A gift shop sells resort/beachwear, and a duty-free shop sells luxury goods such as jewelry and perfume. Local crafts vendors offer straw items and other goods at stalls across the street.

This all-inclusive resort offers 220 guestrooms and suites in 5 white buildings of 4 stories. Accommodations feature French doors opening to balconies or patios furnished with chairs and cocktail tables. LCD TVs offering cable channels and MP3 docking stations are provided.
Decor includes white ceilings and walls, sand-colored tile floors or carpeting, straw floor mats, rattan and light-colored wood furniture, and sheer pale curtains. King beds feature yellow cotton comforters (bedspreads) and lounging pillows.

The Pool Grill - Serving mid-day and late night food service. Enjoy casual fare in an easy-going atmosphere andwith an adjoining terrace for a memorable meal under the stars. Open daily 11 AM until 6 PM and 10:30 PM until 5 AM.
Main bar - Located near the main pool, this bar is open-air from mid-morning.
Veggie Bar - A delicious meal awaits you at this seaside café. Whether you're a strict vegetarian or just in search of an excellent natural dish, this is the place for you. Open daily 11 AM until 6 PM. Tower Isle Swim-up bar - Open from morning until late afternoon this bar is on the nude-only sunbathing island.
Bayside Bar - Located near the Bayside restaurant, this bar is open during dinner period.
Piano Bar - Rose walls, mahogany trim, banquettes, and celebrity-guest photos add a touch of glamour to this popular spot which opens in the evening and stays open until the last couple leaves.
Friday Nights are lobster night at all restaurants when in season (approximately July 1 - March 31).
Monday nights are repeat guest dinner night. Repeat dinner invitations will be delivered to each room.
Eight Rivers - Gourmet continental cuisine with a distinctly Caribbean flair. Make sure to request reservations at guest services upon arrival to the hotel.

Recreation
The majority of recreational activities and facilities described below are included in the room rate for this resort (scroll up to the All-Inclusive details section for more information).
The oceanfront features a 190-meter (208-yard) beach graced by palm trees. Beach sun loungers and towels are provided. Tower Isle, a small, rocky island featuring a stone tower for panoramic ocean viewing, lies offshore and includes a swim-up bar, thatched-roof cabanas with hammocks, a 20-person spa tub, and decks for nude sunbathing. Shuttle boats transport guests back and forth to the island all day, whenever necessary.
Numerous water sports are available, including both non-motorized sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, snorkeling, and sailing as well as motorized sports such as water skiing and snorkeling/scuba diving boat trips. Beginners can take advantage of resort-course scuba diving instruction and one dive. Certified divers can enjoy two dives. A full diving certification course is also available (surcharge).
Land sports include tennis on five tennis courts (three lighted) and squash on two air-conditioned squash courts; roundtrip transportation and greens fees for local golf course (clubs, carts, mandatory caddy not included).
The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the resort; fees may apply.
Spa
The Oasis Spa is a place where you can relax and unwind. The unique and earthy style of environment is warm and welcoming to everyone. This hotel's spa offers an extensive list of services from the ordinary to the extra-ordinary. The facilities include a spa tub and boutique; service include massage, mud bath, body scrubs and wraps, facials, manicures, and pedicures. Advanced reservations are required for massages and treatments.

“Couples is AMAZING!!!!!”
As soon as we stepped of the shuttle it was AMAZING!!! We were completely amazed at how every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and got to know us! “Wonderful”
Absolutely wonderful vacation, relaxation at it's best! View of the ocean is great, beach is very nice, service is outstanding, and food was very good!
“Tower Isle exceeds expectations!”
We stayed from 02/25/12-03/03/12. From the moment we stepped into the lobbly we were pleased with everything. THe staff was amazing, so friendly and always smiling. We somehow were upgraded from a garden view to an oceanview- room 5403. It was spacious, though most of our time other than sleeping was spent out of the room. The food was always exceptional, Eight Rivers and Bayside were fabulous. Even the buffet food was great. The nightly entertainment was a blast, I suggest participating in all! The new mini bars were regularly stocked, and we rarely had to wait long at any of the bars around the resort for service. It is not a luxury resort, it is a old style/feel classy....nice colors, piano bar was homey, a little musty (but that added to its feel), lined with pictures of the rich and famous who graced the doors of Tower Isle before it was a Couples resort. The island was where we spent most of our daytime, it is a must do if you can gather up the nerve!!! We wish Couples had more resorts in other locations, as we like to visit new countries. We would definately be loyal to the brand in other locatiion, but will likely return someday to Tower Isle! Beware of immigration lines in Montego Bay entering the country on Saturday- 1 1/2 hour wait in a horrible mess of people...will return on a slower day of the week next time!
“Incredible resort!”
incredible property! the best food of any Couples Resort. very clean and nice. wonderful staff. I have stayed at most of the resorts in Jamaica and like this one and Couples Negril best although they are both very different from each other I would recommend both of them, Tower Isle for the best resort, Couples Negril for the best beach
“I had a better than expected time. he staff was wonderful and the food amazing. i will visit again”
The couples hotel staff along with the beautiful scenery was unbelievable. i enjoyed the food the room was large and comfortable,cleaned twice a day and their was alot of activities in the all inclusive package. i scuba, snorkeled ,went to dunns river ,and a night club, and many other activities all as part of my package. me and my wife were sad to leave such a nice place. we will be back though. We went the last week of october and the weather was great 95% of the time . Not bad for october.
“First time to Jamaica and first time for all inclusive - why did we wait?”
Veteran travellers, but for some reason we had never been to Jamaica, nor had we tried an all inclusive. Tower Isle was the perfect starter for both. My biggest concern about all inclusives was food quality, but that was quickly put to rest and I can honestly say this was consistently the best food we have ever had on a vacation. There was enough variety to never get old and and the main dining area had a tremendous view. The staff was exceptional and consistently friendly and eager to help - no false fronts noted. With taxes included and a strict no tipping policy the cost/value of this hotel is extremely competitive, and they did not nickel and dime you with extra charges for routine activities such as Dunn's Falls and watersports. The two extra charge items we did partake of, a spa day for my wife and a private dinner on the Tower Isle itself, were well worth the cost. The private dinner made for a night to remember and I would recommend it to anyone willing to pay the price, which is equivalent to a typical fine dining experience with food equal to any I've ever had and an ambience that is unmatched. Seems we were barely in the room, but it was clean and very comfortable, and the pools and general areas around the hotel were all very well maintained. We would definitely go back and hopefuly will.
“Yeah Mon...Great Stay”
Really enjoyed our stay last week. Staff was very friendly and helpful when issues arose (i.e. our safe's battery didn't work, but was promptly fixed). Entertainment staff (Gavriccia and Kadian) were engaging and fun, which was good considering we went during a slow time and there weren't many guests there. Food was excellent everywhere but Pool Side restaurant (fast food quality), so only ate there one lunch. Only frustration was inconsistent housekeeping times - we would be out of the room most of the day, sometimes housekeeping would show up at 10am, other days 4pm, but it did always get cleaned. We would definitely stay at this resort again if in Ocho Rios.
“Great for a honeymoon”
We read reviews about many different resorts in Jamaica before we settled on Couples Tower Isle. Neither of us had ever been to an all-inclusive resort, and we were not disappointed!! The resort is set on its little oasis amid the Jamaican countryside. We enjoyed exploring the grounds, and found some quiet corners for some late night togetherness. Service was top-notch, and the staff was always friendly and smiling. They kept the resort clean and looking good. The bar and wait staff were attentive and aimed to please. We never waited long for anything. As honeymooners, we were given a complimentary 30 minute couples massage. Wonderful!! The misses returned to the spa later in the week while hubby was scuba diving. Hubby did 2 dives and we both went to Dunn's River Falls. All was included in the price. There were other activities we didn't have time for this trip, but we certainly will try to make time next trip. Absolutely, we will return. We have begun setting money aside to return in 2010. I'm sure anybody reading this review knows about the au natural island. In a word, GO! Within 3 minutes of arrival, we were feeling the Caribbean breeze all over our bodies. We met some nice people from all over the US, Canada, and Europe. Food was great, lots of selection. Monday night is dinner on the beach - don't miss that. And Friday night is lobster night. Do yourself a favor and go this resort.
