“Comfortable Olympia Lodging”
A very nice place, quality care for the rooms, newer furnishings, nicer furnishings, great amenities, all around a very satisfying experience.
“A Fun Overnight”
I reserved a room for one night during my three night stay in Olympia so that I could take my three year old granddaughter swimming. She spent the night with me and we enjoyed every minute. We got a DVD player from the front desk and even got help hooking it up. We watched DVD's and read books in the king-size bed (very comfortable) and had a blast in the pool. Breakfast the next morning was a treat! The waffles are really good.
“good quality and value”
the people working there were friendly and helpful. rooms were clean and decent sized. heated pool and exercise room were nice. the expanded continental breakfast was very good. we even left a pair of shoes and a cellphone charger in the room when we left, called the hotel to let them know, and they mailed it back us. can't think of anything wrong. We would definitely stay at the Phoenix inn again. It was the best value of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip.
“My place to stay in Olympia”
I like the location of the Phoenix - close to downtown and the waterfront, without lots of city and traffic noise. The hotel is high end without being incredibly expensive, and they have a great breakfast set-up for the morning. Easy walk to the Bayfront for amazing dinners or to any number of downtown establishments.
“Nice place - close to Farmer's market”
Nice place to stay, it was close to the Farmer's Market. The parking can be a hassel if the hotel lot is full but on the weekends on-street is free.
“Didn't want to leave”
Just as the title of my review states, I didn't want to leave. Great hotel! Great staff! Best continental breakfast you will ever encounter!
“Great hotel, great price”
Great hotel and location. Everything spotless. Good breakfast, especially considering the hotel was very busy - items kept being replenished. Fresh cookies in reception as we checked in. Staff very friendly. Walked to the Oyster House for dinner - good food, large portions, good service. We would definitely stay here again.
“Good and central”
Had a good stay, just for one night. It's a modern hotel, probably very used to the business traveller but we did well there on holiday. It's well situated, by a marina with good restaurants but just ten to fifteen minutes walk from the Capitol. Lovely staff, everything we needed in the room, would definitely go back.
“Friendly and helpful staff”
Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Always stay here when I'm in Olympia.
“Comfortable and friendly”
This hotel is conveniently located to downtown Olympia shops, restaurants, waterfront, etc., and has excellent facicilities. A plus was the friendly and helpful staff, especially during the snowstorm while we were there.
