Worst hotel experience I’ve ever dealt with. Unable to get to the hotel because the only road to the hotel was closed. Hotel customer service was out-sourced and I had to talk to someone out of Japan that did not know anything about the hotel or roads in the area.
After about 2 hours of back-and-forth via emails, they finally provided a number to the actual hotel, but the language barrier was a challenge. They agreed to cancel the reservation and agreed to provide a full refund, however, spending over 2 hours with 2 young kids trying to get to the hotel was definitely not how we wanted to end our snow day.
We had to look for a last minute hotel booking to ensure we had a place to stay for the night. Be careful of this hotel. Pictures can be deceiving. Customer service is out-sourced to a different county.
