“Cleanest hotel in Norwich”

This hotel is small, but it's always spotless. The mattresses need to be replaced, but the staff were very accomodating with any extras. If you can't find an iron in your room, just ask and they will give you one with an ironing board. The continental breakfast is pretty desent considering its a small place, but if you want more or a bigger meal there are plenty of restaurants across and around town.

Hotel was fair. Rooms were ok. Towels a little on the skimpy side along with comp breakfast.

Hotel is about 15 years old, but was fairly well maintained. Desk people were helpful and very friendly. We were on a leisurely trip and staying in a fairly small town.

“Mini vacation in New York State”

The hotel was very satisfactory. We had a problem because I have a knee injury and our room was on the third floor. There was no elevator. We had specified smoking so didn't change our room. There was no one there to help with our luggage.

Definitely worth the room rate. Stayed for a night for a ski trip and was pleased. Heat didn't work but they gave us another available room right away.

“Okay for a quick stop-over”

We stayed one night while traveling through the area. The price was good and they did offer basic pre-packaged muffins and bagels to get you on your way. Bathroom clean, room a good size and TV worked. We asked for a non-smoking room but could still smell smoke in our bedding and in our clothing when we got home. Beds were older, creaked and were very hard so we ended up with back aches the next day. It's good for an inexpensive place just to sleep, but I'll probably look elsewhere if I'm in the area again.
