"Clean and suitable for families"

"We stayed in the Deluxe room this time, the room is very clean and all rooms are seaview room. The breakfast is expectional, especially the Japanese Style breakfast, they offered the entire set meal with rice and 5 dishes. Also the Spa and Tiger beach offer the great experience and the price is fair. I recommend to stay in this resort for more than 1 day."

"Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"

"Room was enormous and clean. Balcony had a view of the sunset on the beach. Never seemed busy. Pools were lovely. Club amenities were a nice touch. "

"The room sizes are a good size, clean and breakfast was good. Close to Blue Cave for snorkeling and a few dining options around. Good quiet location, you need a car if you want to go and explore the island."

"The place is very clean, new and well equipped. It provides everything you need for a nice stay. The view is fantastic. Our kids have great fun with the long stair, clean bathroom and tub and lot of place for hind-and-seek."

"It is a beautiful area with lots of great options for families. I think the property was a bit dated, though, and could use some upgrades. Our room had an amazing view of the ocean and provided plenty of space for my wife and I, along with our 2 sons."
