“Impressive new hotel with welcoming staff”

We arrived at this hotel at midnight but the staff made sure we had supper for our diabetic daughter and the room was an impressive suite which put a smile on all our faces despite our long journey that day. As the hotel is new the gym facilities were not completed but we would not have been aware of this as all the other publc spaces were immaculate. The breakfast buffet was impressive and again staff were very welcoming despite our late arrival at breakfast - we really should have noticed that Romania is an hour ahead of Hungary! In the morning we could see that there were lovely spires and old building to see from our window but was spoilt slightly by overlooking a petrol station immediately outside. Finding the hotel had not been easy in the dark, instructions could have been clearer but in the moring we found our way easily back to the main road. Overall we felt this hotel was excellent value for money
