The rooms are spacious with good facilities including a washing machine (no dryer), kitchenette and dinning space. We stayed on the 9th floor and we were told that the water pressure is reduced between 9 pm and 5 am. We experienced problems on the first night but not so much on the following days, however, it was not desirable to have restrictions on when to take showers and do laundry. Due to this, it took us longer to get out of the hotel in the mornings since everyone had to take a shower in the morning. Be aware that the hotel is in the red light district of Dotonbori with love hotels, massage parlours and strip clubs atound. Very safe though like everywhere in Japan, however, a bit dirtier than other parts.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable, it is perfect for family stay! Very close to Dontoburi and Metro station. Besides, Family Mart and Lawson are less than 1 minute walking distance. We love and happy with the stay!

The location is superb. Had a really enjoyable stay. Would prefer pillows to be firmer though. Overall, still a highly recommend lodging option in Namba (Osaka)

There were good and bad to this apartment. Pros: Location very near to nipponbashi station, dotonburi and kuromon market Has washing machine and drying function in the toilet Toilet bowl was separated from the bathroom and wash basin area Cons: Bed was too small for 2 pax. Bed and pillows were too soft Floor was not very clean Water pressure was erratic if there were many guests using the shower concurrently The sliding doors between the beds were not sound proof

The check in experience was interesting since it was done virtually however it would be better if the check in staff was more knowledgeable about inquires I had. Also contacting the property was a bit tough to get answers, certain questions prompted whst looked like automated messaging

Very close to Dotonbori but also far enough to not be impacted by the noise. More space than the average room, very clean. Comfortable pillows and bed. Would stay here again.

This property has no staff on site, and their online staff is unhelpful. The check-in process was a nightmare. They insisted that we need to scan our kids' passports into their system, which goes against minors' privacy laws, and we refused to do, so they refused to check us in even though the booking was already paid in advance. In addition, their system kept failing and we had to repeat this conversation with different agents. They also refused to help us in storing a small bottle of medication in a fridge in the room before the official check in time. The medication was heat sensitive and the temperature outside was 35 degrees Celsius. We had to find a different solution which we spend much time to find. They didn't care or try to help. The room was below Everage. The dining table was dirty from use and had lots of scratches on it. We booked the "enjoy" room that should have had games in it, but all we got was a small box with a few old games which we didn't touch. The kitchenette was under- stocked with utensils. Only one pot and one pan and they both shared the same removable handle. The only good thing going for this hotel is the location.

Property was in a very good location, close to all the action. Communication from the online support was really good. Only downside to this stay was the inconsistent water supply in the evenings when there were others in the building using water also. Couldn’t use the showers etc, but it only lasted a little while.

Recommendation for family.
Experiences at Bon Condo Nipponbashi was great. close to busy area and could buy stuff easily. You could cook selves, if not you could find place to eat nearby. Cross the street will be lots of things to do. There is no real check in people but everything was great to deal.

This hotel is tucked away on a side street about a 10-15 min walk to downtown Dontonbori and a 5 min walk to Kumon market. When arriving we did not have a code to get in which was frustrating. Then you have to chk in thru a monitor and wait for them to email you a code to check in. A live agent will finally come on and give you your room and entrance code. There is not a hostess desk. Our room was clean and spacious for my husband and I and our two teenagers. The location is walkable to Dotonbori street and Kumon market. Nippombashi train station is just around the corner as well.
