It has been at least 5 years since last time I stayed at this hotel . It is still well maintained and in good condition. Staffs are nice and the environment and staffs around are easy and make you a home-feel experience . Easy access to everywhere is a highlight of my stay. Thank you

Near to train station that makes it easier to head to the airport. Breakfast was adequate and delicious. Staff were helpful. Easy to move around and not far from Dotonburi. Good restaurants in Dotonburi especially the Matsusaka beef Yakinaku

The hotel is very close to Namba station so handy if you have luggage and are travelling to KIX or just visiting Osaka. The room was spacious for a single, clean and fine for my overnight stay. I had problems finding the hotel since there were no obvious signs in English and the hotel is set back slightly from the road. I'm glad I printed off a map! Staff were friendly and I would stay here again.

Very friendly staff, they go out of their way to provide you with all the information you may need before starting your visit to different sites. Breakfast is very good, good mix of Japanese and Western food.

Excellent location and the staff
Must book if you visit Osaka. The location of the hotel is superb. Plus the room has a smartphone which you can make free international call to certain countries. We will book this hotel again if visit Osaka in the future.

Good location near Namba station
Good location just across from Namba station. We arrived late at night and could get supper in the neighbourhood past midnight! Staff were helpful and there is a laundromat. Room was small and will fit up to two persons only.
