This hotel is right next to metro and train connections. I've stayed here last year and decided to stay here again. Great staff, clean, quiet room, great amenities. I usually get an in room massage.

The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were friendly, which was nice. However, there was no direct exit to the taxi stand, making it inconvenient when trying to catch a taxi.

Superb location and hospitality
Fantastic location in every sense for dining, shopping, access to Kansai Airport, etc. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Concierge service was also excellent in securing and recommending dining options. Would definitely recommend the Osaka Marriott Miyako and will stay here again on our next visit.

The location is great, easy access from the trains, without needing to set foot on the open streets. There’s even a shopping mall and 14 story department store below, which other comparable hotels cannot match. Beautiful lounge and bars leading to the reception in the sky above Osaka. Very professional but friendly and welcoming staff. I’m sure all do, but our room on floor 55 had fantastic views, was silent, excellent quiet aircon, plenty of space, huge comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and amenities, with a separate top of range automatic toilet with wash and blow dry. The club lounge has no view, but is a great place to escape the hectic city and enjoy lots of treats and drinks. Afternoon tea, cocktails, food and more, it never feels crowded or rushed, just chilled and gives you a reluctance to leave. It’s a shame that the hotel doesn’t have a public bath with views. But having stayed in a number of hotels in this price range in Osaka and beyond, it is definitely my favourite. The staff smile and are genuinely friendly and helpful. I hope to return soon!

Location makes this a great way stop if you a coming from Kyoto (or elsewhere) and leaving from KIX. Express train to big international airport is basically in the basement. Tennoji station receives lots of trains. But requires a transfer for bullet trains. Easy subway access (3 stops) to fun Dotonburi area. Tremendous views as rooms start on 38th floor. Big western size rooms and nice Japanese bathrooms. Staff communication could improve.

The room and the views are the best, other than that the hotel for the price is average. I wanted japanese breakfast but they told me the only option was western, however, other customers were having japanese breakfast. The breakfast in general was confusing, they gave me a seat were I had to fill out a form and then go to a buffet area. Be prepared for a crowded and slow elevator due to they are mostly used by people going to the observatory and not the hotel.

We stayed here three nights in September. I travel a lot for work, and this is truly one of the nicest and most well run hotels in the world. Everything is on point. The staff is phenomenal, the rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed… extra comfy beds, best shower ever, and provides an excellent spot from which to explore Osaka. I would stay here again and again and again.

This was amazing stay. The room was huge, the view was amazing. The shower bath tub was spacious and super strong power. The bed was a king with great pillows that held their shape. The service from the front desk and bell desk was exceptional. Definitely come back again.

The best in Osaka
This is my 3rd time staying at Marriott miyako. I came to Osaka to take a 5 day holiday on my own. To shop, to enjoy food and to totally relax. In terms of enjoying relaxation, MM’s hotel room is one of the best. I also stay at Intercontinental in Osaka. I still reckon MM is better because of the price. The standard room is already very spacious and the interior design of the room is very elegant and functional. And this hotel is at Abeno Harukas building. Downstairs are a huge department store and this hotel is surrounded by all the major shopping malls . You can easily spend your whole stay in this hotel area. There is no need to go shinsaibashi or umeda areas. There are so many good restaurants in Tennoji. All high end goods are there and all the local drugstores are within your reach. Most importantly, not that crowded to walk around as opposed to Shinsaibashi.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Quite a number of things in the area and very family friendly. We have no reason whatsoever to look elsewhere as all the necessities are within walking distance. We are already planning our next trip based out of this hotel.
