The room was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful when needed. The manga library is extensive and extremely cool overall. Absolute highlight for this property has to be the breakfast. What an incredible value for what you get. Highly recommend!

PROS: Location, Spacious for a standard japanese hotel (the one i booked), very clean CONS: Vents smell like curry and restroom smells like piss and sewer (5 of 6 days). beds are hard which made it difficult to sleep overall: 4/5

Great hotel with friendly staff. The location is great close to food and shop but the hotel is kinda hard to find I have to use map to go back

Nice quiet hotel that lets you rent out Japanese manga, very close to stations and well within multiple restaurants and bars.

The location is great, lots to do and see around the area and there are a few train stations within walking distance. The service was great and they will hold luggage after you check out as well if needed. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but other than that it was nice.

Very small rooms, but great location.
This hotel is well-located, close to lots of shops and restaurants. It is well-connected to public transport also. The rooms were very small - there wasn't even room to walk around the beds. Despite the small size of rooms, we had a pleasant stay. The building is nice and new and the staff are very friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for 2nights. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The size of our room is good. The bed and pillows was comfy. It's location is near the subway station, restaurants and 7-eleven. They also have a coin washer and dryer that we've used and it really helped us not to go out and find a laundrymat. They also have english anime books that is available to borrow. They also offer continental breakfast for additional cost.

The property is really close to downtown Osaka, plus there’s a lot of shopping areas and food areas around the hotel. Also the train stations are really close. One thing I will say, the hotel bed is a little hard, but nothing bad

The beds are like rocks. Staff would not accommodate to provide extra pillow. Room smelled like body odor. I used their deodorizer however it didn't rectify the smell.

Stayed for two nights. Very convenient place, lots of eat choices, close to the station, friendly staff. Room was a bit small, but it's normal in Japan, especially in the big city. Also enjoyed Japanese comic books "Manga", when I had extra time.

I loved how clean the property was. However, what I didn't like was how even if you didnt want room service. If you leave really early in the morning they will still come into your room. But other than that it was an amazing stay.

Great hotel for a great price. The facilities were great, wonderful service and a clean hotel. The location is also very convenient, walking distance to many restaurants, popular destinations and a subway line.

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR STAY IN OSAKA
Excellent for value stay in Osaka, room size is a bit tight but expected as norm in the area. Breakfast selection could be broader and perhaps add a egg cooking station so that we are not left with scrambled eggs every morning other than that all is great

The hotel location is great! 3mins walk to subway station. Around 5-8mins walk for Shinsaibashi, Dontoburi and Namba! Hotel room size is just nice for 2 person and it’s really clean. Will definitely stay in this hotel again for its great location and comfy nice hotel room

The location of the hotel is excellent! Close to subway and metro. Walking distance to shopping area. Staff were very polite and helpful. It would be nice to have a rotation of breakfast menu. We stayed for a week and had the same breakfast spread throughout our stay.

Breakfast buffet good with lots of choices. Between two metro stations. From shinsaibashi station easiest way to get to hotel is through Crystal underground mall. Quiet and clean.
