The staff was great, located near the station, and post office. Very easy to get around and a great home base for western Japan. For help for those have not been in the area, from Shinkansen, follow the sign to Midosuji lines. you would be using exit 6 to get closest to the hotel

Had a hard time looking for it when I reached Shin Osaka. After the figuring it out, it is actually very near if you know which exit to go to. Good facilities & services for solo traveller.

Excellent location near shin-Osaka station and great staff. But the room is very small and a full size bed for 2 can barely fit in the room with no space left for luggages, etc.

The hotel was in an excellent location, within walking distance to Shin-Osaka train station, and the metro station was even closer. There is a Family Mart convenience store just around the corner, as well as a restaurant at the corner of the building. The hotel was in a safe area, and I did not feel unsafe at all walking from the train/metro station to the hotel at night. I love that there is a water station on each floor. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. There is also a laundry room (2 machines, each machine is a combo washer dryer), but the dryer part of it wasn't as great as a standalone dryer machine would have been. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located close to Shin Osaka station. It is very convenient to access there. There are various shops and restaurants around 5 mins walk area.

Room is clean with good WiFi. Near shinkansen and metro station. Right beside track but is not noisy. In a quiet part of city. The hotel is not the easiest to get to at first, but once you get it, it's easy. The restaurant at the bottom floor is good. Receptionist not the most friendly

Great location. 3-5mins walk to JR Shin-Osaka station,1min walk to subway(shin-osaka station). Friendly and helpful staffs. 2conveneint stores nearby. Only one issue I don’t like is bed size was quite small for 2person.

A nice little hotel next to the station, need to walk over a bit from the station, a challenge if you carry large luggages. Otherwise, it’s clean, newly renovated and with a convenience store right next to it.

1 week Osaka visit, hotel used as a base for trave
This hotels location is second to none! Super convenient. From Shin-Osaka Station use the central exit about 7 minute walk, from the Subway Midosuji Line exit #7 2 minute walk. Just down the street, 3 blocks away many eateries, supermarket etc... Within minutes from the hotel Family Mart and 711. The rooms by American standards is a bit tight. Let's say it's kind of like a cruiseship room size. This hotel is a great value, if you want a bigger room then go to a 5 star hotel and pay $500.00 upward per night. We opted for breakfast included. While the food was great, they only offer 2 options for breakfast. We stayed for a week, next time we won't get the breakfast. Back to the room, good quality bathroom products. The wash cloth was too small so we bought one from 711, no problem. The bathtub is deep, was nice to soak after a long day if touring. The hotel has all in one washer and dryer, 500 yen 2 hours to wash and dry. No need laundry soap it's included. Hotel gives you two bottles of water everyday, nice touch. The only thing missing, no in room safe. Hotel has a high tech toilet too, vending machines, etc..Overall, we have no complaints and reccomend this property, it is so convenient.

Unizo Inn at Shin-Osaka, convenient near station
My one day stay at the Unizo Inn at Shin-Osaka was very enjoyable. Location was very convenient and easy to find from Shin-Osaka Station. Probably less than a 5 minute walk from the station. Right next to a Lawsons convenience store. Check-in was very fast and easy. Lobby/reception is on the second floor. Can take elevator directly from first floor to your hotel room floor using room keycard. The hotel was very new and the room was clean and comfortable with a view overlooking Shin-Osaka Station. Bathroom was clean, comfortable, shower/bath seemed a little larger than standard Japan business hotel size. Room was very quiet and was able to sleep well. Would likely stay again because of the convenience and value.

Clean rooms and great location (under 5 min from Shin-Osaka station, once you get your bearings). Very quiet even though it's next to the highway. Convenience stores are right nearby so it's very helpful. No complaints.

Just what I needed.
This is a nice business hotel for a short stay. The room temperature is adjustable - not always possible in many Japanese hotels. The price was competitive and breakfast was simple but delicious. Handy location next to Shin-Osaka statio. I have stayed at this hotel in other locations as well.

Overall the hotel is great. The location was OK but not as good as other Unizo inn in Kyoto and Tokyo. It took me a while to find it. Although the room faced the trains, the noise is not noticeable. The room is clean and the same layout as all other Unizo inn.

Great location
LOCATION: Location is great! Very close to Shin-Osaka Station, but getting around large stations in Japan could be very challenging...If you arrive by JR Shinkansen, you'll be on the 3rd floor of the station, so make sure to get down to the 1st floor, and use the Central Exit (there's another Central Exit located on the 2nd floor, DO NOT use that one!). Once you get out of the station from the Central Exit on 1st floor, you can actually see the hotel building over the railway tracks on your right side. From the exit, you can walk to the hotel within 5 minutes (Google map provided correct walking route from the station to the hotel). Subway Mitosuji Line also stops at Shin-Osaka Station. If you get there by subway, make sure to exit from South Exit. Then, the hotel is literally in one-minute walk. Once you get out of the South Exit, you'll see a Family Mart on the right, and that's the correct direction to head off. FACILITY & AMENITIES: Facility is brand new, as shown in the uploaded pictures. The room size is average for Japanese business hotels. Hotel entrance is not obvious though... right around the corner of a restaurant (the restaurant is actually part of this hotel), a very small entrance leading to a small elevator hall. The lobby is located on the 2nd floor which you'll need to take an elevator to get to. Staffs are polite and nice as you'd expect in most Japanese hotels. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel, can't beat the location.

エレベータが二基あり、高層階への移動でも待時間が少なくて良かったです。 都市部で利用客が多いため、新しい建物のわりにはスーツケースなどガシガシあたった傷汚れが目立っていました。建物はまだ新しいので、壁の清掃、壁紙張替されても良いのかなと感じます。
