“Very clean and well kept”

We would definitely stay here again. The rooms were very well kept, the pool area was also very clean. All of our requests were met very quickly and efficiently. Overall a great experience, definitely good value for the money.

The room was comforable and clean. The pool area was great for my grandson. Breakfast was ok. Overall was ok I would rate it as a 3 star

“Reasonable lodging for reasonable price”

Hotel check-in went fine, they were short room keys which meant we could only get 1 key, not a big deal, but noteworthy. There was at least one hockey team staying there as well. We were there overnight on New Year's, so understandably had some rowdiness and mess in the hallway in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was a little cramped and shower was a bit dated (shower hardware). Included breakfast was simple but sufficient with Waffles, toast, cereal, coffee, tea and juice. Pool was an added bonus, although the pool and enclosure were quite chilly and my 2 year old was getting blue lips after about 15-20 minutes. All in all, we'd stay there again. It was nothing fancy, but served its purpose well.

“Did not like”

Asked for a non smoking room and got a room on 4th floor with ashtrays in the room. The smell wasn't too bad so we stayed there anyway. Breakfast was sub standard compared to most other properties we've stayed in. Would not recommend this hotel.

“Not worth the money”

From check-in to each time we went to the front desk, there was nobody to be found. Person out wandering or doing other duties. Room carpets dirty, toenails not vaccumed, mold forming on bathtub edges, air conditioner way too noisy, no room to move between small table with chairs and the bed. Mattress was comfortable. Walls and wooden headboard scuffed. Small fridge in room was a bonus. Complimentary breakfast items included bread, bagels, muffins, Cheerios, Corn Flakes, fruit beyond its due date by appearances, waffles, juice and coffee/tea. Tried the hot tub -- took about 15 minutes for jets to come on and temperature was lukewarm and there was dirt in the bottom.

“Would Look Elsewhere”

the location of the hotel to what we were dong on this weekend (ball hockey tournament in Oshawa) wasn't very convienent, but that is more our fault then thiers, the breakfast provided was just so so, restruants were approx. 5 - 10 minutes away. my biggest gripe is when we asked for a late check out of approx. an hour they where not willing to accomodate. for the price we paid we would look at something else (especially since some of the other hotels / motels were half the price) of what we paid here.

“Won't be back”

Bed felt like you were sleeping on cardboard. Blanket felt threadbare. We were going to sleep on the pullout couch instead but when we were pulling it out we saw a huge stain on the mattress. Sink was clogged and would not empty. Do not see how housekeeping could have missed a clogged sink when they cleaned.
