“Nice, clean, queit, pool and Hottub was noce.”
The pool was filled and clean, the hottub was hot and also clean, the room was clean and neat. Was a good experience. Staff was freindly.
“Great Place to Stay”
This was a lovely hotel, in a perfect setting by the bay. It was convenient to get to where we had to go. The coninental breakfast was very good, and the hotel staff friendly and courteous. I would hightly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was fine to stay at,very quiet for restful night sleep. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone . The restaurant was very nice and good food . The family enjoyed the use of the pool.
“weekend in Owen Sound”
This hotel was quite comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to get information for us. I should have checked prior to staying at this hotel to determine if it had elevators. This one did not and I was traveling with a senior that had difficulty with the stairs. Had I checked I'm sure I could have been given a room on the main floor.
“Slept sound(ly) in Owen Sound”
You take your chances with hotel bookings on the weekends as so many tournaments etc. book up the hotels. As far as I could tell this was the only chain hotel with a pool. The pool is clean and warm and there are lounge chairs for those observing. We go for the pool and for the proximity to family. It suited our purposes well. Thought it was a bit expensive for a basic hotel room, especially as we were getting an Expedia rate.
“not really able to rely on amenities”
I was a little disappointed in that the pool would have been closed the day after the stay. If the booking were for those dates, I would not have been at all happy. The last time we booked the same was happening
“Pleasantly surprised”
I had read some of the reviews before I booked the hotel online, I was alittle sceptical about reserving a room at this hotel because of some of the reviews, but my daughter and I were pleasantly surprised. Very nice, large rooms, the salt water pool was great and hot tub very relaxing before settling in for the night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again.
“Never go again!”
I was really looking forward to using the hot tub, but was disappointed to see caution tape around it. When I talked to the front desk they did nothing to compensate. The water from the shower was like a pitiful drip. The internet did not work. There was no continental breakfast and there was work being done to the outside of the building. The workers played their music too loud and I heard banging the whole time!
“Cleanliness is lacking - needs updating”
Hotel room was not very clean - dirt in corners and under and behind all tables and beds. Beds not comfortable. Desk staff tried to be accommodating. The onlu real upside was the food in the restaurant. Basic but very tasty. Hotel needs updating big time!
“Would never go back.”
I booked a 2-double bed hotel room for 5 adults on Expedia. I paid a substantial amount extra for the fifth adult, so I expected there to be sleeping arrangements for the fifth person. I called the hotel before arriving to check on the arrangements and was told that I would have to pay an additional charge for a cot. I was upset that I would have to pay even more money for an extra person, so I declined to cot. I instead brought an air mattress for the person to sleep on. Also, the hotel clearly knew there were 5 adults staying in the room, but there were only 3 towels. This was outrageous. There were snowmobilers directly outside the window starting at 7:00am that were starting their engines and being extremely loud, engine noise and yelling at one another to be heard. I will never stay at this hotel again.
