"I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Airport San Francisco for two nights. One thing I truly appreciated was the cleanliness of the room. It was well-maintained, comfortable, and reflected good housekeeping standards.
However, as an international traveler, reliable internet access is essential for staying informed and connected. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi service was very poor in my room, and I was told I would need to go to a conference room to access a stronger signal. What was even more disappointing was the apparent lack of urgency in addressing the issue.
I was also surprised to find that parking was an additional charge, yet there appeared to be little or no visible security presence in the parking area at any time during my stay.
While the clean accommodations were a positive aspect of my experience, improvements in internet connectivity, customer responsiveness, and parking security would greatly enhance the experience for future guests."
"Everything was great - the location, food, cleanness of the premises. Free parking was a great plus, the bay shore was amazing, which was located right off the back door.
The only thing I would have to say is that they need to renew the bedding linen as the ones they use are turning yellowish already and not really appealing, however i also should add that they were clean, just yellowing due to being used a lot.
I would definitely recommend."
"For a property in the middle of the city in an older part of the city and right in the heart of Chinatown, this property is awesome. But it’s missing a lot of the amenities that Hilton’s are known for. The finishes are not as high end, the ac is not updated (found out they are just window boxes like found in cheap hotels that leak air), no room service, and smaller bathrooms. Being in the heart of a busy city and having the open air conditioner means you can hear the cars and people and planes flying by. It’s a very noisy hotel. It’s not all bad, it’s safe and secure and the staff are very friendly. The parking is safe and secure but $74 per night. Will I stay there again, probably not if I’m looking for a quite high end experience, but for quick access to city sure!"
"The power went out in our room, then came back on at 2 am, waking us up. When had breakfast the first day with no problems, then the second day, they want to charge my daughter $25 for each of her 3 children despite stating kids when registry was done with kids."
