"Fab appartment in local neighbourhood with handy small shops and meaning we could pop out to buy lovely food to prepare at the flat. There is also a terrific, very local restaurant just near the cathedral. Valeria was so helpful and don't be put off by the street and the outside of the building. That's Palermo.. a real gem of a place with hidden treasures and a modern vibe. "

"I stayed at Casa Vacanze Sant Anna with my husband and 5 year old son and would thoroughly recommend it. We arrived late in the evening after a long day travelling to find the owners were waiting for us and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is full of character and is in an old 17th century palazzo in a central location. We had a problem with the cooker running out of gas but this was fixed very quickly. "

"Within walking distance to the heart of the city of Palermo. Our room was very spacious although it was in the older section and elevator only went to first floor so had to climb stairs to second floor. Morning breakfast provided was nice. "

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"The apartment was not the pretty terracotta & white brick one shown on the hotel details. The entrance had a betting shop on one side & a fried food stall on the other with groups of clientele lingering until late. To the rear , just under the windows ,were cooked fish vendors ,still noisy at 2am. When they cleared away tables & banged the pans. The church bells across the square start ringing at 7am.
