Property Amenities
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is a gated resort community with 110 acres of private beach, and an 11,500-square-foot lagoon-style pool with rock formation islands and waterfalls. A fitness center offers cardio and Nautilus equipment and fitness classes. An on-site activities director assists guests with vacation planning, and the resort offers supervised activities and programs for children (surcharge).
Shops, including an ice cream parlor, surf shop, and Internet café are scattered throughout the resort. Guests can access the different areas of the resort via Edgewater's Beach Resort Tram.
The resort also offers 32,000-square-feet of meeting space.
Rooms
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is a condominium complex offering 425 suites in multiple buildings. All suites and villas have full kitchens with refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, stoves, coffee/tea makers, blenders, and utensils. 27-inch TVs come with premium cable channels and VCRs.
All accommodations are nonsmoking.

Oceans Bar and Grill - Upscale dining area enhanced by floor-to-ceiling mirrors, a tiki bar, and live entertainment. Serves traditional American cuisine (steak, pasta, burgers, and wraps) and seafood. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Bimini Sand Bar - Casual beachfront bar specializing in frozen drinks and ice cream. Provides beach service to the lagoon pool. Offers nightly sunset celebrations and seasonal live entertainment. Open for lunch and dinner.
Pizza Hut® - Serves pizza in a casual atmosphere. Open for lunch and dinner.
Starbucks Coffee® - Café with casual atmosphere. Serves brewed coffee, espresso drinks, and pastries.
Edgie's Corner Market - Sundry items, sandwiches, condiments, ice cream, nachos, hot dogs, chips, and ice along with detergent and toiletries.
Recreation
Recreational amenities at this Panama City Beach resort include a lagoon-style pool, 11 additional pools, and four spa tubs. A shuffleboard court and 11 tennis courts are also on site. A fitness center offers cardio and Nautilus equipment, as well as yoga, toning, and water aerobics classes.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort's Executive Golf Course provides nine holes of par-three golf.
Children can participate in various supervised, planned activities throughout the week, including an underwater treasure hunt, golf, tennis, and flying kites. Surcharges apply.

“Pleasant Stay”
If you are staying in Panama City Beach and are looking for a nice hotel. Consider this one. I stayed in the 1800 block golf villa and it was so nice. I would recommend to anyone
“Didn't want to go home.”
I really enjoyee my stay at the Edgewater hotel and am excited about going back this summer with the kids as a family vacation instead of going to an amusement park.

We stayed in the golf villas. The villas are close to the beach but far enough away from the action to be quiet and relaxing. The villas and pools were very well maintained and clean. if you plan on playing golf, play in the morning because the heat is really bad after 11:00 am. We plan to go back next year.
“One of the best values in Panama City”
Very nice apartment sytle room. Overlooked a nice pond area and a swimming pool. The only thing missing was a few lights, batteries and tolet paper. They also have a $27 cleaning fee that is not included in the price. I will stay there again when I'm in Panama City. High security on the complex.

Outstanding resort with great amenities and rooms. We find ourselves going back here repeatedly instead of many other destinations.

This hotel location is great!! You can enjoy an ocean view from your room. Also, it is really colse to the beach, so you can access to the beach whenever you want. Furthermore, reception staf were very kind. They treated me politely however I asked many requests for them.

Check in was a snap. Rooms were exactly as stated in the hotel details. Awesome view of the beach from our room! The perfect place to relax after a week of adventure in Orlando theme parks. Great pool for kids. Lots to do and see in Panama City. Fabulous mall too! This is our second summer at this property and we will continue to vacation here in the years to come.
“Great place to stay-wonderful for families”
We stayed over spring break. Unfortunate for us the weather was awful-not anyones fault. My review is based on the potential with great weather. I can't wait to go back!!! Even given the weather we were entertained everyday by the turtles and fish in the water surrounding the resort (visible from our balcony). Great access to the beautiful beach and so many nearby attractions. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. You definately feel safe here. Very close to the panama city airport. Full kitchens and a grocery store up the street. The grounds were so lovely it is beyond words. The Oceans restraunt is outstanding and right there on the grounds. I could go on and on but hope you get the gist. Can't wait to go back. . We don't play golf or tennis but if you do this comes highly recommend.
