“A Great Hotel”
This hotel could not be any better located! The Metro is a 2 minute walk. The market is a 2 minute walk and shopping is about 3 minutes away! The staff was SO friendly! Sure, the rooms are small, but that is what you get in France. We used the kitchen everyday for breakfast. I will absolutely stay here again. A little hint: If you plan on staying more than a few days, buy a metro pass, it will make things A LOT easier.

“Perfect location”
Not expensive, simple, and very friendly staff! We only stayed one night and we were able to hit all of our sight-seeing locations in 24 hours. We had a wonderful stay and the proximity to the TGV station was perfect! Will book again for next year!

If you have children and are looking for a comfortable no fuss hotel, then this is the place for you. Brilliantly situated, clean and friendly.
“Good business choice”
Well located, across the street from Montparnasse station and Air France bus to and from CDG. Good WIFI connection. It is a very small appartement. You can prepare meal. The place need some maintenance and upgrading. Has not change for the last 15 years
“Ideal location”
Next to the stop for the Air France bus to airports, to the Montparnasse train station, with a subway stop litterally at the door of the hotel, with all the stores, theatres and restaurants you could want, this is in my opinion the best location in all of Paris. The suites are very small (OK for one person but two?) and the sofa bed gave me quite a workout when I went to open it (the first night I had to call the desk for help!) but the kitchen is very functional, everything is provided and the bedding is quite comfy. There are plenty of places nearby to get food from a big supermarket (basement floor Monoprix) to a little corner store that has fresh fruits and vegetables, water and tiny little jars of jam for breakfast (convenient if you are staying only a few days). The bakery next door (Fournil de la Gaiété) provides fair bread and sweets.

No ac, therefore on hot days hot, no way of cooling room.

Decent hotel with a studio type room, bath and kitchen included. Would like to have a bigger bed since we had to make do with a pull out sofa for the two of us. Great location.

Room was OK for 1 person, bed would be uncomfortable for 2.
