“Great room”
My wife and I stayed her in March of 2012 for part of our honey moon. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the view from our balcony was amazing. The only thing we did not like about the room was that the separation walls on the balconies are only about 4 feet tall which does not allow for much privacy in the hot tub.
“AMAZING hotel! Can't wait to go back!”
I love, love, LOVED this hotel. Some friends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend, and we honestly didn't want to leave. The beds were phenomonal, the hot tub was great, (small, but perfect for us), and the fireplaces were perfect. We could walk to pretty much anywhere. There was shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores all within walking distance. It was convenient. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone!
“Very nice hotel”
The hotel was new, clean and conveniently located within shops and restaurants. My children enjoyed the lengthy indoor pool which was treated with a non-chlorine solution.

“Great place to stay”
The Newpark Hotel is a newer hotel in Park City right off the Kimball Junction exit. My wife and I stayed there recently are were very pleased with the hotel. It had a great room, bathtub, and even a small hot tub on our deck. It was great we loved it. The one negative it that you overlook a busy shopping/restaurant area. However, it made a great walking distance for breakfast/dinner. We loved it and will definitely be staying there again in the future.
“Newpark Hotel a Pleasant Surprise”
I was a little leary of staying at the Newpark after some of the other reviews that we read but we found the hotel to be very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The heated pool was a welcome surprise after a chilly day on the slopes. Everything was conveniently located within just a few minutes of the hotel.
“Great hotel for families and large groups!”
The rooms are great! Lots of space and very comfortable beds. My only complaint would be the back deck. It has lots of space and a comfortable hot tub with phenomenal views of the mountains , but no privacy. A short 4 foot wall is all that separates you from seeing and hearing or being seen and heard by every room on your floor. The hotel is in a great location where you can easily walk to multiple restaurants and shopping. Plenty to do. Fun and beautiful hotel.
“Liked it a lot! Especially the townhomes!”
We really enjoyed the townhouse that we stayed in. They had all the amenities of home plus a lot more. We had originally been booked for a luxury suite but due to a fully booked condition, we were upgraded to a townhouse. The views, the hot tub, the multiple bedroom/couch configurations plus the availability of the kitchen and a garage was just awesome.
“Loved the New Park Hotel and Resort”
Loved the hotel. We plan on staying there again and have told all of our friends about our favorable experience. Convenient to the bus stop, restaurants, shopping, ski resorts, loved the hot tub on the balcony and the heated pool after a LONG day on the slopes
“Will definitely go back”
This hotel was a perfect location for us as we were skiing at Park City Mountain Resort. It is a quick drive to the mountain and gets you out of the congestion of the ski resort. It is within walking distance of everything i.e. restaurants, coffee house, cinema and Whole Foods. Great room - the staff was very accommodating - we arrived very early and because they had a room we were encouraged to check in. The ski rental was right in the hotel which was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel highly.
