Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel and grounds were impressive. Room was very comfortable. Had a drink outside before dinner. Still taking it all in. Dinner was incredible. "Excellent central location and friendly, helpful staff. A quirky place to stay with a frescoed library/sitting area and highly decorated breakfast room. Our executive room was frankly not of executive standard with tiny bathroom and odd layout. As some compensation for this, the view from the balcony over the rooftops of Perugia to the Umbrian countryside beyond was breathtakingly beautiful."
