"The location is very accessible by the public it on the main city proper..Thats why the parking is the problem if you park late like 8PM then its hard to find spot for parking"

Neighbored is poor and working class, but I never felt threatened or uncomfortable. I was able to get every where I wanted to go for $5.00 US or less.
