Piazza Milano is a beachside square known for its outdoor concerts. A platform is often erected on this spacious plaza for all types of performances and events. Put together a picnic to enjoy on one of the grassy squares dotted around this pedestrian space.
Attend one of the concerts, dance productions and other events held at the platform at the curved southern end of the square. See the plaza at night, when its sleek lamps and shop fronts illuminate it. Relax and people watch from an outdoor table of one of the cafés. Pizzerias and ice cream parlors also line the southern part of this T-shaped piazza.
Rent a bike to cycle along the curved lines that meander through this large concrete park. Walk between the potted trees and browse the items on display in the array of boutiques. You can also rest on the raised edges of the green areas. Walk north for a few minutes to reach Grifone Park, which has large fields and a basketball court.
Stay at one of the residences and hotels overlooking this lively area, just a block from Jesolo Beach. Blue deck chairs and umbrellas speckled across the sand are available to rent. Spend the afternoon sunbathing and reading on this popular strand and walk out along the pier for a panoramic vista of the Adriatic Sea and the Jesolo townscape. Note that you can get a preview of the plaza and its concerts and live feed via an online webcam.
